AMG Looking To Battle The Porsche Cayman
Rumors have been swirling around the German brand Mercedes-AMG as they plan to take it to the rival Porsche 718 Cayman in the near future with a whole new sports car. The car is currently in the development stage and planning is taking place. It is said that model which does not currently have a name will be a step below the AMG GT and could eliminate and replace the SLC.
The model will be a 2 seater which could possibly have a mid-engine configuration. Just like the GT the car would most likely come in a coupe and convertible model and the pricing will come in comparable to the Porsche Cayman.
