In the original 1974 film, Gone in 60 Seconds, this custom 1971 Ford Mustang earned the name “Eleanor.” The 2000 film Gone in 60 Seconds used a 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500, also named “Eleanor” in the flick.

Ferris Bueller’s Day Off – 1963 Modena Spyder California

Who could forget the classic red 1963 Modena Spyder featured in the classic film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. The sports car reportedly caught the attention of Hollywood director John Hughes when he first got word of the creation in a car magazine.

The Dukes Of Hazzard – 1969 Dodge Charger

This muscle car is best known to fans as “The General Lee.” Its title was given to this 1969 Dodge Charger in the television series The Dukes of Hazard. This jet black 1982 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM is from the television series Knight Rider. It was known as K.I.T.T., which stands for Knight Industries Two Thousand. K.I.T.T. was a character in its own right in the series and encompassed an artificial intelligence feature.

The A-Team – 1983 GMC Vandura Van

If you grew up in the ’80’s, you recognize this 1983 GMC van. It was featured in the television series, The A Team. This van served as the main mode of transportation for the show’s main characters, former members of a fictitious United States Army Special Forces unit.

Animal House – Lincoln Continental Deathmobile

This iconic ride is known as the “Deathmobile” from the cultural classic film Animal House. The comedy, with a premise focused on college debauchery and fraternity life, features the black 1966 Lincoln Continental which began as the weekend loaner vehicle from a pledge’s older brother.
