Nissan to recall over 200,000 pickup trucks

Nissan is recalling more than 200,000 pickup trucks because there is a possibility that while in park they could roll away.
Nissan Frontiers and Titans from the model years 2020 through 2023, a total of 203,223 vehicles, are the models that are impacted.
The transmission parking pawl, which stops the trucks from moving, might not engage when the trucks are in park, according to the NHTSA, so they could roll away.
Every time a vehicle is parked, owners are recommended to use the parking brake.
According to Nissan, this voluntary recall campaign is distinct from the recall that was announced in June for specific pickup trucks.
Over 180,000 Frontiers and Titans were also recalled by the firm between 2020 and 2022 due to the same risk.
