The First GTR Just Broke The 6 Second Barrier! -Video
The 6-second quarter-mile barrier has fallen for the GTR. During TXTK17 this past weekend Gigi Chamdi from Diamonds By Wire took his GTR down the strip with a blistering elapsed time of 6.93 @ 196.27 mph. This record has been a long anticipated and hard fought battle by a lot of a GTR shops in the industry.
The record fell at the Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas. The GTR named Alpha G clicked off the world’s first 6-second pass for the Nissan GTR and the first all-wheel-drive car to clock a 6 on the drag strip also.
